Delivery & Shipping Info

With hard work and passion, we have built up our own delivery department for better & faster daily deliveries straight to your home or your workplace.

We collaborate also with home delivery couriers as a result we are able to accept and fulfill more orders making it possible for every home in Cyprus to carry truly holistic non-toxic organic dog chef products.

How its work?

If your order contains ONLY dry products, that don't need to be frozen on the way we send it by courier that at least needs 2 business days to get your goodies.

If your order contains only frozen or both frozen & dry products guess what? Organic Dog Chef Van it will be outside of your home window :).

Local Delivery Schedule:

Acceptable orders: 1 day before.

Delivery time range from: 11:00 - 15:00

-Paphos City Delivery: Twice a month Every Friday! (please before you place an order with frozen products contact us first to let you know when we are able to deliver up to the day.)

- Nicosia City: every THURSDAY

- Larnaca & Ammochostos: every WEDNESDAY

- Limassol: every TUESDAY

- WOLT Limassol: same day delivery within 20'-25'min

Shipping Cost:

CYPRUS SHIPPING RATES:

We have set shipping for local orders more than 50€ 2euro charge, if the order is less than 50€ we charge 4€ for the shipping services.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING RATES:

We have tried so hard to get the best shipping rate from private couriers but from the post office too. Unfortunately shipping products from Cyprus the rate is quite high than from different countries, so for shipping orders in EU countries we charge 12€ (believe us the shipping is more than 10€ no matter the quantity)

All orders for EUROPE are sended by Cyprus Post Office, appro. time for arrive is 5-7 days.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

- We don't deliver or send frozen products outside of CYPRUS.

- We don't deliver or send products in NORTH CYPRUS
